Security access to building . Generally, stand alone units that have no need to access other parts of the building and have small teams.

After move-in, access to online system will be provided. You will be supported by facilities manager of the floor.

Divided into two buildings. One building is a hotel and one will be an office. This is connected
by a connected staircase. Hospo and retail introduced as well. An ecosystem of small tenants

About us

At its core, property development is the willing of architecture into being; from an abstraction of drawings and ideas into something to be touched, inhabited and lived in. Molonglo does this
across property investment and development, the programming of our places, the operation of businesses at our sites and intensive research. Molonglo sees the boundaries of property development, as well as who we are and how we work with each other, as fuzzy. Our process is
often collaborative and cross-disciplinary, which allows for enormous fluidity, flexibility and
